Ananya Panday responded to her widely shared video that purportedly showed the CTRL actress snubbing a call from Walker Blanco, her rumoured lover.
Ananya Panday is working hard to get CTRL, the new book by Vikramaditya Motwane, out. In addition to her career pursuits, the actress’s personal life frequently draws interest. A few days ago, a video purportedly showing the actress rejecting a call from her rumoured lover, Walker Blanco, went viral online. The actress, who was discussing it, clarified that she hasn’t been attempting to “hide” anything.
In response to the incident, Ananya Panday recently declared, “I’ve given up at this point,” in an interview with News 18 Showsha. I’ve come to the conclusion that the more I try to blend in or seem cunning, the more often I get caught. Okay. I’ve only now let go. Whatever! Right now, I don’t give a damn. I’m not attempting to conceal anything.
She went on to say that she has come to the realisation that posting carefully considered comments on social media won’t help either. She so “tends to not control too much” in all situations. She claims that even though she may have the best of intentions, some people on the internet have the ability to exaggerate what she says.
Ananya doesn’t care too much about the consequences, therefore, as they are inevitable. The 25-year-old pointed out that people would still have an opinion even if one attempts to halt anything or act in the most rational way possible. She states that she doesn’t think it’s worth giving it any thought.
For those who are unaware, the Bombay Times reported months after Ananya’s split rumours with Aditya Roy Kapur that she was seeing Walker Blanco, a former model. Additionally, it was disclosed that the two had met at Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant’s pre-wedding celebrations. Blanco reportedly works for Vantara, one of Ambanis’s principal holding companies.
Professionally speaking, Ananya can next be seen in Vikramaditya Motwane’s CTRL, which is next to Vihaan Samat. The upcoming movie, based on the teaser, seems to be about social media and the effects AI may have on people.
Arya A. Menon and Nikhil Dwivedi are the film’s producers. Avinash Sampath and Vikramaditya Motwane wrote the script, and Sumukhi Suresh wrote the dialogue. Following Call Me Bae, this film is Ananya and Vihaan’s second joint venture. October 4, 2024 is the scheduled release date of CTRL on Netflix.
