The upcoming action thriller ‘Yudhra’ has been in the news since its announcement, and now, to build even more excitement, the creators have unveiled fresh posters featuring Siddhant Chaturvedi and Malavika Mohanan, as well as the release date.
In a post on X, producer Farhan Akhtar treated fans to fresh posters and confirmed the film’s release date. The first poster depicts Siddhant in a powerful, never-before-seen action form. Full of rage, holding a lollypop in one hand and a revolver in the other. Siddhant’s clothing and hands show bloodstains.
The second poster heightens the intrigue by portraying the new coupling of Siddhant and Malavika Mohanan, both of whom appear intense while covered in blood.
He shared the poster, writing, “Anger has a new name. #Yudhra will be on screens near you on September 20th.”
To prepare for his action-packed part, the actor trained extensively in mixed martial arts (MMA), kickboxing, and jiu-jitsu. The film marks Malavika’s debut in Hindi cinema. Ravi Udyawar directs the film, which is billed as a romantic-action thriller. Excel Entertainment, led by Ritesh Sidhwani and Farhan Akhtar, is producing the film. The film is set to be released on September 20, 2024.
Aside from that, Siddhant Chaturvedi will appear in the highly anticipated film ‘Dhadak 2’ opposite Triptii Dimri. Karan Johar announced the news on his Instagram account back in May. He captioned the announcement video in Hindi, “Once upon a time, there was a king and a queen.” They came from different grades, and that was the end of the narrative. He said, “Presenting Dhadak 2, starring Siddhant Chaturvedi and Triptii Dimri. Directed by Shazia Iqbal. #Dhadak2 will be released in cinemas on November 22, 2024.”
Shazia Iqbal directs ‘Dhadak 2’, a movie about loves those challenges social standards. The film follows Siddhant’s character as he negotiates a love tale that defies cultural norms and class boundaries.
The film is produced by Zee Studios, Dharma Productions, and Cloud 9 Pictures.
